Based off of completely legal firearms training posted on social media as well as a packet of lies and false accusations with no proof, i have had a restraining order placed on me with wild allegations such as being a dangerous and violent person, that i am a white sepremacist, and that i am a vigilante patrolling the streets and stalking rooftops to kill people (i was requested from gun shops to provide security due to the recent riots) I have no criminal record and am currently employed as a firearms instructor and an armed security guard for a local vet owned security company. I am a 6 year active duty 19D veteran, i actively teach and take firearms safety and improvement courses, i have been hosting events to bring together my community in the Pacific northwest for the last year, and i have volunteered to provide legal security for local gunstores during the rioting and looting in seattle and it’s surrounding areas. 

I have not threated anyone or ever put my children in danger, I am a law abiding american and I do my best to be a loving and caring father.

This gofundme is strictly to pay for lawyer fees while i do what i can to regain custody of my children. I will not be spending on anything other than what is pertaining to what gets my custody rights restored. My goal is 50/50 custody with my ex wife. After the case is completed , any remaining funds will be donated to fathers rights programs. 

I have a 6yo daughter named lilliaunna and a 5yo son named leonidas.

I was not able to be there for my daughter turning 6, my son turning 5, or fathers day. 

Both of my children are on the autism spectrum, and they deserve their father. As a man who grew up without his father i know how important this is. Any help is most appreciated. Thankyou.
