Help give Roger a proper goodbye

Hello, Friends

My name is Dan, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share the story of my brother, Roger. At just an age where life should be full of joy and laughter, Roger just faced the unimaginable battle against stage 4 melanoma. This aggressive cancer spread to his brain, and just like that, our hopes for a few more years together, turned into a painful reality of just a few more days.

Roger was a devoted father to two beautiful children, whose smiles light up his world. He loves them with everything he has, and his family means everything to him. As you can imagine, the news of his condition has devastated us all, especially his kids and their mother. The grief that has enveloped our family is overwhelming, and we want to make Roger's remaining days as meaningful as possible.

Initially, we set out to raise funds to help with unexpected rent increases, the need for mobility aids, and to send Roger and his family on a dream vacation together. These moments were meant to create lasting memories and provide some joy amidst the pain. However, as Roger's health declined so rapidly, our focus has shifted. The harsh reality is that Roger and his family never got the chance to speak one last time. We want to be there for him, to support his children during this incredibly difficult time, and to honor his life in the way he truly deserves.

I know that asking for help is never easy, but I am turning to you with all the hope we can muster. If you are able to contribute, it would mean the world to us and provide some comfort as we navigate this painful journey. Your generosity will assist with, funeral costs, take Roger's children out to his favourite places and allow us to create a space for Roger's family to grieve, celebrate his life, and find solace together.

Thank you for your kindness and support during this unimaginable time. We are so grateful to each and every one of you. Two resilient and courageous Mother's, Roger's Mother & Carer in his final day's, Marilyn and The Mother of his Children and his dearest friend, Tegan, have given their all to ensure there was always comfort and support for their children through this nightmare, more than anyone they deserve a break, and a little extra piece of mind. Please help us give Roger the farewell he deserves and ensure that his children feel the love and support they need.
