Help Bring Ananda Home – A Father's Fight for His Daughter

Hi, my name is Nathan Cattell, and I am reaching out to ask for your help in a time of urgent need.

My brother, Joshua, is currently in Italy, fighting a difficult legal battle to bring his daughter, Ananda, back home to Australia. Ananda was taken to Italy under the guise of a holiday, but unfortunately, she has not been returned as his then partner found a new partner. Now, Joshua is facing a long and costly fight to bring his daughter home.

Ananda is an Australian citizen, born here in Australia, and she deserves to be with her family. So far, our family has done everything we can to support Josh and cover the mounting legal fees. However, we’ve now reached a point where our resources have run out, and Joshua has been asked to stay for another two months to continue the fight. The courts are looking at the case favorably, but the financial burden is overwhelming.

Joshua loves his daughter more than words can express, and we believe Ananda deserves to be home with her family. We are asking for your support to help cover the remaining legal expenses and ensure Josh can keep fighting for his daughter’s safe return.
