Walking 65 miles for my beloved daughter Annabel ❤️
It is with a heavy heart that I share the story of my precious daughter, Annabel, who passed away last year after a courageous battle with cancer. She was not only my daughter but also my best friend, my confidant, and my constant source of strength. Her absence has left an irreplaceable void in my heart, and we miss her more than words can express.
Annabel was a remarkable young woman whose faith in God was unshakeable. From a young age, she had a heart full of compassion and love. Her unwavering belief in Christ was the foundation of her life, and it shaped everything she did. She had a deep desire to help others, always putting their needs before her own, and she touched so many lives with her kindness and generosity. Whether it was offering a listening ear, a comforting hug, or a word of encouragement, Annabel’s presence brought peace and joy to everyone around her.
When Annabel was diagnosed with cancer, our world was turned upside down. But even in the face of such a devastating illness, she remained steadfast in her faith. She never once complained, and she never gave up hope. She leaned on God’s promises and continued to inspire all of us with her strength and grace. Annabel fought with everything she had, and through her, we saw what true courage looks like. Even when the days were dark and filled with pain, her love for God and for her family never wavered.
Annabel was more than just my daughter. She was my best friend. We shared everything—our hopes, our fears, our dreams. We laughed together, cried together, and held each other up when times were tough. I could always count on her to bring light to my life, and even now, I feel her spirit with me every day. Losing her has been the hardest thing I’ve ever faced, and not a day goes by that I don’t miss her deeply.
While her time on this earth was far too short, Annabel’s impact on the world was immeasurable. She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and compassion that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Her memory will forever be a guiding light for me and for all who had the privilege of knowing her.
To help raise money for cancer research I will be walking 65 miles in one month with my beautiful golden retriever Gracie.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story. Your love, prayers, and generosity mean the world to us as we navigate this challenging journey of healing. Please continue to keep our family in your thoughts and prayers. Annabel may no longer be with us physically, but she will always remain in our hearts forever.
