Hi, my name is Judah Glantz, and for my upcoming Bar Mitzvah, I am doing a "Mitzvah Project." In Judaism, a Mitzvah Project is a way to perform good deeds and give back to the community. My project combines my love for cooking with a mission to support families in need.

I'm raising money to prepare and serve warm, comforting meals for the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley in Mt. Kisco, New York. Learn more about the Ronald McDonald House here: rmh-ghv.org

In addition to cooking for the families at the Ronald McDonald House, I’m also hosting a private dinner for friends and family. I’ll be cooking that meal too, and all money—after covering the food costs—will be a direct donation to the Ronald McDonald House. If you'd like to attend this private dinner and enjoy a home-cooked meal while supporting this cause, please let me know. (If you’d like to attend the dinner, I suggest a donation of at least $50-$75 per person.)

These families are going through some of the toughest times of their lives, and I believe that a good meal can make a huge difference. My goal is to use the funds raised to buy all the ingredients and supplies needed to cook a special, home-cooked dinner for them.

Your donation, no matter the size, will help me bring this project to life. It will go directly toward buying the food and ingredients for both events, ensuring I can provide a good meal for families who truly deserve it and it will make a great contribution to the Ronald McDonald House.
