Action for Children is close to my heart because of my own experience growing up. My early years were shaped by abuse, poverty and time in foster care — experiences no child should have to endure. I know how much difference the right support can make when life feels stacked against you, and not every child is lucky enough to receive it.

That’s why this charity matters. Action for Children works to give every child a safe, happy and stable start in life. Their work spans foster care, adoption, LGBTQ+ support, mental health support, services for children living in poverty, and vital early intervention to stop harm before it happens. They fight for brighter childhoods and offer the practical help and protection that children, young people and families urgently need.

In 2026 I’m challenging myself so more children are met with care, dignity and opportunity — not hardship and fear. Every donation, no matter the size, helps Action for Children continue their incredible work and change futures for the better.
