My 52 year old father and his children

My father (who dosnt know im doing this) a 52 year old male who was in excellent health other than having diabetes. On June 12, 2023 he was given a prescription for a diabetic drug. Within 24 hours of taking the first dose, he began experiencing stomach pain, dizziness, extreme nausea and continuous vomiting, rapid heart beat, diarrhea, achy body. Then on the morning of june 14, 2023, he was taken to the er (by his two sons 17 and 14) at banner university hospital in Tucson, Arizona where he was immediately transferred to ICU with a diagnosis of ketoacidosis and on the following day he experienced a heart attack. After spending 5 days in the hospital, he was released home on june 18 and several days later he was informed by his primary care provider that banner ICU had determined he had experienced an allergic reaction to jardiance. He is now experiencing blood in his urine, among other urinary symptoms. Experiencing extreme fatigue on a daily basis. He has learned that The drugs side effects have been known to cause all of these conditions, and at this point his quality of life has rapidly deteriorated. He is the sole provider for his two teenage sons, and now unable to work. He was in the process of changing careers and had an out of state job offer that would have increased his pay substantially, and in his current state of health he is not able to move forward at this time, and he is finding himself now unable to pay his monthly bills.
