Hi, my name is Maegan Ward and my dad, Rusty Ward, has been hospitalized with a brain tumor after experiences stroke-like symptoms. The news was devastating to my family and myself and all the people who love him. He is a police officer and has served for nearly 40 years in total. We received the news that he is to be transferred to Barnes Hospital in STL and we all know how travel/food/lodging/gas can really add up and I just want to take some of the pressure and stress from my parents so we can figure out the next steps. They have no idea i’m starting this GoFundMe, they would probably kill me but I’d do anything for my dad. If it’s a penny or a prayer , I am grateful. My dad is my hero and best friend and even if it’s a couple dollars it’ll help my mom. Please pray for my family as we take it day by day.
