Help Lisa On Her Cancer Journey. ❤️

My name is Cayla, and I’m doing this GoFundMe for my beautiful aunt, Lisa Bahe. The following was shared by Lisa:

“2022 has been one heck of a year! And so it continues into 2023….I recently was dealt a doozy hand of cards! I found a lump in my breast, which lead to a Dr. appointment, which lead to a mammogram, which continued to an ultrasound which ultimately lead to a biopsy.…My Dr. contacted me a week later to deliver the news that my biopsy was positive for Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. My next step is surgery to remove the tumor and surrounding tissue and then follow up with treatments. I am very lucky that I caught it early and we are going to fight this! Please say a prayer for me, as I believe in the power of prayer! ❤️ I know God is keeping track and it’s going to be ok! I’m going to fight like a girl! ”

Lisa is a single mom of 3 kids and works her tail off to provide for them. Unfortunately her job does not provide paid medical leave, so her income will obviously be diminished considerably due to surgery and future treatments etc. Not to mention Lisa had already dealt with other health issues and surgeries earlier in the year, which caused her to miss work. At this point, I feel it’s important that Lisa focuses on herself and her recovery without the added stress of struggling to provide for her children by herself and outrageous medical bills.
