Mutual aid for Harrison

Harrison is an outstanding member of the community who's fallen on financial difficulties. Following an unexpected loss of employment he had the misfortune of a car wreck in the same week. He's decided to not pursue a legal battle for compensation to recover the damages to his car after it was totaled because the person at fault doesn't have insurance. Unemployment has been pending after 6 weeks of applying with no assurance in sight.
