Health research has proven that music can actually improve healing of tissue and of course we know it heals human, animal and plant spirit. Music is the last language available to those with dementia. Music is the first language for babies learning to talk and it helps students of all ages to learn more easily in all language and number skills.

This year we continue to welcome new and returning students, all our students are eager to perform music. They greet high expectations with enthusiasm. They are sharing their expression in the community and with their friends and family through music.

With your help last year, we kept our staff well paid while the challenge of enticing well-trained performers to our area for part-time work remains.

Your donations now help us to maintain community outreach, to serve more students and to offer our students coaching and skill building to meet the demands of exciting performance.

We offer our musical healing to the wider community in celebration and exuberance.

We serve the communities of Hemet, San Jacinto, and surrounding areas in afterschool and summer music training on stringed instruments. Our students range in age from 5-20. We employ working performance artists and train high school age mentors, interested in leadership and teaching. We are a founding member of El Sistema USA
