Songwriters of all genres are invited to participate by submitting their original compositions that reflect the theme of resilience, hope, and the power of music to uplift and inspire. Each submission undergoes careful review by our panel of judges, and the top entries are selected to compete in the live event.
The competition consists of multiple qualifier nights, each partnered with a different mental health nonprofit organization. We've reached out to four local nonprofits to participate, and each one will be paired with a specific qualifier night of the contest.
We're kicking off this GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for the competition's prize pool. Here's the innovative part: the top 3 winner of the competition will receive exactly 50% of the prize money, while the remaining 50% will be donated to the nonprofit organization associated with their qualifier night. This ensures that both the winning artist and the mental health nonprofit receive meaningful support from the competition.
