MUSC DPT Class of 2026 White Coat Ceremony
Donation protected
Hello,
We are the Medical University of South Carolina's (MUSC) Doctor of Physical Therapy Class of 2026. We are raising funds to support the cost of our class White Coat Ceremony. The white coat ceremony is a tradition across many doctoring professions in the medical field and signifies the hard work leading to that point and the student’s entrance into their respective field. Within the Physical Therapy program at MUSC, the white coat represents the transition from didactic coursework to clinical practice. It acknowledges every student's perseverance and dedication that led them to this next step. As the students in our class work very hard in and out of the classroom we would like to ease the burden of education costs by raising funds to purchase the white coats on behalf of each student. By donating to this fund you will aid in gifting each of the 68 students in our class a personalized white coat to celebrate their achievements in the field of Physical Therapy. The ceremony is scheduled for June 28th, so the sooner we reach our goal, the sooner we can inform the class that their coats will be gifted to them! Please join us in this celebration of our remarkable students and their dedication to bettering their patients, communities, and the healthcare field.
If you would like to get to know our cohort/class a little better please watch this brief video.
