Mums last horrah

I want to fundraise money so me and my family can do something for my mum who may pass away soon. After all the things she's done we just want to repay her.
She has been diagnosed with heart failure and requires very risky surgery.
She has been waiting over 10 years for a kidney transplant and underwent 2 Major Heart surgeries 5 years ago when we almost lost her.
As a dialysis patient we are unable to go away but would like to take mum on a few day trips and spoil her where and when we can.
