My name is Muhammed I am an orphan I live with my younger siblings, and I take care are of other orphans here in the Gambia West Africa

I wanted to share the difficulties I’m facing with the kids; we have limited resources such as food, clothing, shelter, and medical care, which can make it difficult for me to provide for the children's needs adequately.
