Mike Maslowski, husband and father of one son, Declan, passed away at the young age of 42 on March 14, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer. This GoFundMe was established by his friends, family, and employer (Hikvision) to help support his family in the wake of their terrible loss. Despite his fight with cancer, he was an uplifting person known for touching others with his upbeat spirit.

“Michael was what everyone called ‘a party in a box.’ He loved stealing the spotlight, was a professional karaoke star, and most importantly, he loved to dance. He never met a stranger and made it his mission to put a smile on everyone's face. He was loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing him, and left an indelible mark on every life he touched. He lived every day to the fullest, and was unapologetically his true self.”

Mike's greatest concern was ensuring his son Declan’s 525 college account would be well-funded, and donations will help towards that. Our goal is to help support his family during this difficult time with a generous donation from all who cared for Mike and his family, and those who understand the challenge to a family of losing a young father.
