MUAY THAI MIDLIFE CRISIS!! All for a good cause
One Last Fight – For a Truly Worthy Cause
This isn’t a comeback. It’s a giveback.
After years of retirement from competitive Muay Thai, I’m stepping back into the ring. Not for titles, not for pride, but for something far more important:
To raise money for East Anglia Children’s Hospice (EACH).
I used to be a Muay Thai World Champion. These days, I’m more familiar with coaching and pads than fight cards, but I’m lacing up the gloves one more time for a special charity exhibition bout against fellow coach and all-round top lad Bradley Kemp from Carly & Kemp Gym. Bradley will also be fundraising for prostate cancer charity so we will supporting 2 incredible causes that night.
My fitness is in the capable hands of the one and only Richard Edrich from Optimal Health and fitness. If anyone pull some life out of an old dog it’s him.
Why?
Because if taking a few kicks, knees and elbows (and handing out a few of my own) can help support the incredible work EACH does for children and families across our region — then sign me up.
We’re not fighting for belts or bragging rights — we’re fighting to make a real difference. Your donations, big or small, will go directly to supporting children with life-threatening conditions and their families during unimaginably tough times.
So whether you’re a fight fan, a friend, or just here for the potential midlife crisis memes… please consider donating and sharing.
Let’s make every punch, kick, and sore muscle count
Thank you for your support!
East Anglia's Childrens Hospices (EACH) supports families and cares for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across East Anglia. Our care and support is tailored for the needs of all family members and delivered where the families wish - in their own home, at hospital or at one of our hospices in Ipswich, Milton and Quidenham. We rely on voluntary donations for the majority of our income and need to raise almost 6 million to deliver our services this year - we can't do it without you!
