This little 8 yr. old boy is in danger of being taken from his home as he knows it…His mother died from drug related circumstances 18 months ago, just weeks away from the father gaining full custody. Now, the deceased mother's parents are trying to get 50/50 custody of the child, taking him from the consistency he knows: his half-sister, his stepmother and his Dad. Dad is happy to give visitation rights to the grandparents, just not 50/50 custody…Dad’s desire is to keep his son’s life as normal and stable for his healing.

Estimated attorney and court cost is now up to 10,000…

Dad is strapped still trying to pay the attorney and court cost from the previous battle of giving his son a stable environment.
