Amazon has infinite pools of money that they can spend on consultants and union busters. We rely mostly on lots of people and elbow grease, though the cost of printing materials can add up!

And when workers have medical emergencies or get in car crashes, we want to have a fund to help support one another. Because Amazon doesn't and won't.
