It didn't take much for me to talk myself into raising money for two charities that do so much good for the Sussex community by doing the Great South Run on the 20th October 2024.

The Russell Martin Foundation has grown way beyond our expectations as we continue to support young people in football, education and health improvement.

The Martlets Hospice that cares for people with terminal cancer. This is incredibly poignant to me as i want to dedicate this run to Neil Avard (1960-2024) who died from this dreadful disease earlier this year. I'd been very close friends with Neil since university days and after a career in teaching he spent his latter years devoting his life to helping those in need. He is sadly missed Any sponsorship you can give to support these two charities, which I'll split 50/50, will be greatly appreciated
