Tyler's Recovery

On May 17, 2023, my sweet son, Tyler suffered a Traumatic Brain injury. He was life flighted to Ashville and by God's grace, he is recovering successfully.

Tyler is not only a sweetheart, dedicated son, step son, grandson, brother, and friend but also such caring soul...he is an avid sports lover and athlete. He has never met a stranger. He gives to everyone he meets and is one of the funniest people I've ever known. And such a lover of church and God.

Upon our stay with the caring staff at Mission Hospital, they were able to save his life and we are so thankful for the love and care they displayed. Tyler is well on his way to recovery due to thier care.

Our plan is to attend Duke Hosptial for Rehabilitation for TBI to continue his progress. And the cost is exceeding what we are able to do at this time.

We are unaware of the cost ahead of us for his recovery and we will not stop until he is healed.

If you would like to help in anyway with prayers or monetary or volunteering, we would greatly appreciate it. My Mom is going to help us while we are at work and if it was not for the love and support of our families, partners, friends and children, I honestly have no idea what we would have done. He had so many visitors drive from everywhere to see him that we filled an entire waiting room within hours for all the days we were there. He is truly special young man. He is tough as nails and he is determined to come out of this better than ever.
