We are raising funds for our much-loved colleague and friend, Tara, who was recently knocked down by a car and has sustained serious injuries. This has been a sudden and devastating shock for everyone who knows her.

Tara is at the heart of a close and caring family. She is a cherished daughter, sister, and partner, and her mum, sisters, brother, and partner have been by her side throughout this incredibly difficult time. Their strength and love reflect the kind of person Tara is — someone who gives deeply to the people around her.

To show our support, Tara’s colleagues are coming together to take on the “100 Miles in January” challenge. Throughout the month, we will each aim to complete 100 miles in total — whether by walking, running, swimming, or rowing — in solidarity with Tara and in recognition of the long and challenging road to recovery she faces.

This fundraiser is a way for us to stand alongside Tara and her family as she focuses on healing. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help and will serve as a reminder that Tara is surrounded by care, strength, and hope.
