My name is Lila Dennis from Austin, Tx. I am 11 years old. In 2022 and 2023 my sister and I attended Camp Mystic in Hunt, TX. . This camp was devastated by the raging floods and many young campers lost their lives. At camp we experienced a variety of activities that I have not had at any other place. We had the opportunity to make bonds with other girls which continues year after year. I want to help restore the camp for future campers so they can have the same wonderful experiences of camp life that I had and love.
