On Saturday 28th February, a team of 8 brave souls from Mowi Ireland's south west region will take on Hell & Back. The 14km obstacle course will test our endurance and strength, but as a team anything is possible! That means being there for you if you are self-harming, struggling with suicidal thoughts, or have lost someone to suicide. Every year nearly 500 people in Ireland take their own lives, that’s one life lost every week. It doesn’t have to be this way. Pieta exists to change this by offering life-saving services, provoking national conversation, and bringing people together through Darkness Into Light.
