Moving Manda

After spending many years homeless, and then many years suffering domestic abuse at the hands of the people who said they loved me most, I finally have a chance for me and my baby girl to have a safe and secure home. As many of you know, our current residence is in a Domestic Violence Refuge that we had to relocate to after receiving threats of violence when an Ex discovered where I was living, creating such a toxic envoronment that we had to flee.

Having already lost all of my belongings three years ago during a separate incident of domestic violence that almost killed me, I am very proud of the life I have built for me and my daughter out of that nothing. This new home is a truly fresh start, seven hours away from the danger I couldnt seem to escape here locally.

As a woman who has survived ADHD, PTSD, seizures, an inflammatory autoimmune disease resulting in chronic pain and joint dislocations and fibromyalgia, moving all of our things by myself is not really an option. (I cannot even do the driving due to the seizures!) I will need physical assistance with packing, moving, cleaning, and financial help to pay for removalists to move my stuff from the NE border to the other side of the state.
Transporting my doberman and kitten to the new property will have to be paid for as well.

Between professional removalists and reimbursement of a friend for fuel to transport my animals and assist in cleaning and packing, Its going to be in excess of $2000 to get this move arranged.

I just want to be able start life again and rebuild for myself and my children... living and building rather than surviving and being scared.
