Hello. We’re the Hess family. I’m a widow of 14 years and a single mother of two (17 and 22). I am on disability and am the caregiver to my eldest who has autism.

We’re needing to move closer to my daughter’s high school as well as to a first-floor apartment (currently live on the second floor). I’m in need of foot surgery for both of my feet (to be done one at a time) as well as knee surgery in the future. The problem is I’m on a fixed income and need help coming up with the funds for the deposit and moving costs.

I’m not good at asking for help but I don’t have much choice. I appreciate any help you can provide.
