For 30 days, I’ll be doing at least 10 minutes of movement every day—nothing extreme, just intentional. This is my way of slowing down and showing up for myself during Mental Health Awareness Month.
I’m joining MonteMader and raising funds for To Write Love On Her Arms to help provide 555 hours of mental health care.

$10 – Reaches 23 people with free tools to build mental health resilience through TWLOHA’s Mental Health Toolkit.
$25 – Helps 33 people connect to local, reduced-cost mental health resources through TWLOHA’s FIND HELP tool.
$50 – Funds one hour of care through TWLOHA’s scholarship program, giving someone the chance to sit with a counselor—maybe for the first time.
