Hi, I’m Andrea Zalewski. Whole health is my passion, and I truly believe our mental health is crucial. For 30 days I’m committing to 10 minutes of movement each day—walking, stretching, dancing, or simply taking a moment to breathe. This practice is not about perfection. It is a gentle reminder that we are worth showing up for, especially when life feels heavy.
I’m doing this in support of To Write Love on Her Arms because their work saves lives. TWLOHA creates safe spaces, funds treatment, and runs peer support groups where people can find community, care, and hope. When someone receives help, it ripples out to families, friends, and whole communities. That is the kind of change I want to see and be a part of.
