Hello, my name is George Newcome; I'm a Boy Scout with Troop 177 in Mountainside, working on my eagle project. I am improving the outdoor space at the Mountainside Public Library. I am adding new landscaping including flowers and shrubbery as well as a picnic table. These are to give the library visitors an enjoyable outdoor space for reading and using the library amenities while having a snack.
