Mount Snowdon climb for Connection Support

On the 20th of August we are climbing Mount Snowdon to raise money for Connection Support! This charity supports people in our community to become safely and sustainably housed and live as independently as possible. They provide a wide range of services which offer support with homelessness, housing support, mental health, independent living, preventing isolation, parental mentoring, refugee resettlement and social prescribing.
