Motov8 75Hard Challenge for Comunite'z Inc

I met Rev recently, and we connected with our shared passion for youth suicide prevention and mental health awareness. Rev has an incredible business named Motov8, where he inspires, motivates and educates young people to provide them with the tools to navigate life's challenges.

Comunite'z is a Not For Profit Charity on the Sunshine Coast supporting youth suicide prevention and was created by Nathan, who has his own lived experience as a suicide survivor. At the heart of this charity is Zak, a young family member who tragically took his life at the age of 12, and we keep his memory alive through this charity.

Motov8 and Comunite'z align with their missions to support young people to be the best versions of themselves and to break the stigma around mental health and suicide with suicide prevention our number one goal.

Rev is doing the 75 Hard mental toughness program to raise much-needed funds for Comunite'z so the charity can support young people and their families with professional counselling and provide workshops to educate the community. 75 Hard is a great way to learn the discipline, grit & determination needed to overcome adversity and get out of your comfort zone. It's a great analogy for life because all great things come from struggle where you can grow and evolve to be the best version of yourself.

Rev will be completing 150 training sessions over the 75 days, drinking 4ltrs of water per day & zero alcohol, reading many books on personal & professional development, following a super strict diet, and much more. It may sound easy, but it's challenging and hard 75 Hard.
