Mothers In Arms is a mom-profit organization whose mission is to support, empower, and nurture single moms and their families by providing resources, community and education.
Founded in December 2018 by 3 single mothers, we are dedicated to changing the outcomes for single mother families. We are raising funds in celebration of Mother's Day.
As we are a grassroots operation we are in the process of building our community and our resources. We need your help.
In the first 6 months of our organization we are completely volunteer led and driven and we need to raise funds to file our 501c3 paperwork with a lawyer as well as continue putting together our infrastructure such as strategic planning, marketing materials, office and event space, and much more.
Even with our limited resources we have already impacted dozens of mothers and their children with our free community dinners and support groups that are happening every 6 weeks throughout the year with food donations and childcare available as well as empowering speakers at our events to support moms.
Your donation will be bringing us that much closer to meeting our goals of impacting the mothers who need community and resources. We are completely volunteer and all donations go to direct services and organization building at this time!
