Mother Of Six In Need Of Help

Hi, my name is Joey. My coworkers and I are raising funds for our friend Lena. Lena is a hard-working, single mother raising six children (five present in the photo). She started a relatively new career working with us in a service-oriented industry and as a result, her income renders her ineligible for state assistance by a slim margin. She is working full time and is currently looking for ways that allow her to earn additional income all while caring for her children.

While she is attempting to pull herself out of her financial difficulties, she is running out of time and is facing eviction and homelessness. She is no longer eligible for section eight housing or homeless shelters due to her projected income level. Unfortunately what she is projected to earn in the coming year will not be available to meet the eviction deadline of February 15, 2023.
