IN THIS ECONOMY?! Unfortunately we have had two surprise vet visits this week. This came off the tail of my banking information and money being stolen by a scammer of course. First Wednesday night I noticed Morty had swelling under his chin. This turned out to be a HUGE puncture wound under Morty’s tongue. Wednesday night we were at the vet from 9am-3:00am. Thankfully nothing was lodged in there, so no surgery but this bill was almost $800. Today our sweet baby bean Harvey is at the vet for a UTI. Poor thing has been in and out of the cat box straining all weekend. Still unsure what the total will be, but I expect between $600-1200. We do have pet insurance thankfully, but we will have met both Morty and Harvey’s $500 deductibles this week. Hoping we have some good croudfunding karma! Anything helps, I had to put this all on my credit card.
