Hi, I’m Ian from More Than Men.

More Than Men is a men's mental health and wellbeing group dedicated to providing safe, supportive spaces where men can talk openly, without judgment. What started as a small gathering has grown into a true brotherhood—men helping men through life’s toughest challenges.

In addition to our regular sessions, we also do vital outreach work, supporting individuals facing homelessness, substance misuse, and other hardships. Our Brew & Banter sessions and free breakfasts have become a lifeline for many—but we’re now facing serious financial pressure.

Room hire, materials, and simple things like posters or tickets all add up. While we’re actively seeking long-term funding, we need your help now to keep these services running.
