Moïrah Pierre, born with Congenital Heart Defect

Moïrah Pierre is 5 months old baby girl , Unfortunately born with Congenital  Heart  Defect ( Atrial Septal Defects ) live in Port-Prince-Haïti , required to havea surgery 2 months ago but not that fornunate to live in a country like the USA where hospitals cares are provided,  where she live theres no financial surpport  and also no hospital care. None of  Haïti hospitals are able to perform the surgery either , therefore she have to migrate  with her Mom to Dominican Republic For her surgery, money its what stop her from erasing those dark moment of her life, the constant pain, cries, sad, fears etc... her case is very severe. Please help my little Human..  thank you
