What is the reward of good other than good?

Our beautiful Son returned to His Lord on the 14th May, at the tender age of 7 months. Son of Moulana Atif Mahmood and beloved brother of Sumayyah (age 7) and Haleemah (age 5).

His life on the earth was bittersweet and after the diagnosis of Leukaemia and being in Cambridge hospital for a month receiving treatment, unfortunately it wasn’t enough. Allah Plans and we plan and surely Allah is the best disposer of all affairs.

My name is Fatimah Mahmood, I am a British Revert and my dedication to Islam and the teachings it has taught me is keeping me strong and determined, determined enough to start a legacy for my beloved Son.

I have set up this page as most of you know our family is affiliated with Zuhri Academy. Me and my husband have come to the conclusion we wanted to do something in our Sons name, our first idea is to set up a foundation in Moosa’s name calling it the Moosa Foundation. We want to incorporate nurseries and play rooms in the masjids, in and around Luton starting with Zhuri Academy.

In sha allah with your help, we would love to make this possible. Our son was always smiling and happy and got joy going to the masjid and we want to make the masjids a happy place for babies and toddlers.
