Founded by local high school student-athletes, Monterey Athletes That Care (ATC) plays a valuable role in supporting the homeless population of Monterey County. ATC is dedicated to supporting and strengthening our community by providing basic necessities for those less fortunate. We package and distribute hygiene and food packages every Sunday to the homeless community in Monterey. COVID-19 is severely affecting our community, especially the homeless population. We have expanded our services into creating and distributing other goods such as face-masks, hand sanitizers, soap and other sanitary products in order to help the vulnerable members of our community better protect themselves through these hard times. These aid packages will help protect and reduce the impact of COVID-19 on our homeless community members. All contributions will directly benefit the homeless, helping to protect our community.
