Montecastelli Pisano ha bisogno del tuo aiuto.

Siamo un gruppo di persone legate a Montecastelli Pisano. Alcuni di noi ci vivono, altri ci sono venuti o ci vengono in vacanza, alcuni ci lavorano, tutti noi siamo legati a Montecastelli da affetto e cura. Tutti noi combattiamo ora insieme per salvarlo.

Dopo anni di incertezze da parte dello Stato e della Regione Toscana sull’autorizzare o meno la costruzione di una centrale geotermica sperimentale a pochi metri di distanza dal borgo medievale, il Ministero ha incredibilmente concesso il permesso per la centrale denominata «Castelnuovo». Siamo arrivati al punto che per difenderci e riaffermare le nostre ragioni abbiamo bisogno di fare ricorso alla Presidenza della Repubblica contro la centrale “Castelnuovo”.

Se non lo facciamo potrebbe prevalere l’interesse di un’azienda privata che vuole imporre il proprio tornaconto sulla sicurezza, gli interessi economici e la qualità della vita degli abitanti della zona e delle numerose persone che la visitano per godere di un paesaggio rimasto miracolosamente intatto da secoli.

Da parte delle istituzioni non si vuole ammettere che questo progetto è non solo pericoloso per il rischio elevato di aumentare la sismicità già presente nella zona, ma anche impattante dal punto di vista ambientale, dell’inquinamento acustico e dello stravolgimento del paesaggio. Questo progetto porrebbe di fatto fine allo sviluppo turistico, artistico e culturale che Montecastelli ha vissuto negli ultimi decenni, apprezzato da chi ci vive e da persone di tutto il mondo.

Per vie legali intendiamo dimostrare i rischi che corre il diritto alla sicurezza e alla difesa degli interessi preesistenti dei cittadini.

Per fare questo abbiamo bisogno del contributo di tutti gli amici di Montecastelli. Dobbiamo riuscire a raggiungere una cifra che ci aiuti pagare l’avvocato che ci rappresenta in questa battaglia legale. Il tuo contributo, anche piccolo, può fare una grossa differenza.

We are a group of people connected to Montecastelli Pisano. Some of us live there, others have visited or visit there on holiday, some work there, but we are all connected to Montecastelli by affection and care. We are now fighting together to save it.

After years of uncertainty on the part of the State and the Region of Tuscany over whether or not to authorise the construction of an experimental geothermal power plant a few metres away from the medieval village, the Ministry has incredibly granted permission for the plant called “Castelnuovo”. We have reached the point where, in order to defend ourselves and reaffirm our reasons, we need to appeal to the Presidency of the Republic against the “Castelnuovo” power plant.

If we do not do so, the interests of a private company that wants to impose its own profit on the safety, economic interests and quality of life of the inhabitants of the area and the many people who visit it to enjoy a landscape that has remained miraculously intact for centuries could prevail.

The institutions refuse to admit that this project is not only dangerous due to the high risk of increasing the seismicity already present in the area, but also has an impact on the environment, noise pollution and the disruption of the landscape. This project would effectively put an end to the tourist, artistic and cultural development that Montecastelli has experienced in recent decades, appreciated by those who live there and by people from all over the world.

We intend to take legal action to demonstrate the risks to citizens' right to safety and the protection of their pre-existing interests.

Wir sind eine Gruppe von Menschen, die mit Montecastelli Pisano verbunden sind. Einige von uns leben dort, andere kommen oder kamen dorthin in den Urlaub, einige arbeiten dort, aber wir alle sind mit Montecastelli durch Zuneigung und Fürsorge verbunden. Wir alle kämpfen jetzt gemeinsam dafür, es zu retten.

Nach Jahren der Ungewissheit seitens des Staates und der Region Toskana darüber, ob der Bau eines experimentellen Geothermiekraftwerks nur wenige Meter vom mittelalterlichen Dorf entfernt genehmigt werden sollte oder nicht, hat das Ministerium unglaublicherweise die Genehmigung für das Kraftwerk mit dem Namen „Castelnuovo” erteilt. Wir sind nun an einem Punkt angelangt, an dem wir uns verteidigen und unsere Argumente bekräftigen müssen, indem wir beim Präsidenten der Republik gegen das Kraftwerk „Castelnuovo” Berufung einlegen.

Wenn wir dies nicht tun, könnten die Interessen eines privaten Unternehmens überwiegen, das seinen eigenen Profit über die Sicherheit, die wirtschaftlichen Interessen und die Lebensqualität der Bewohner der Region und der zahlreichen Menschen stellen will, die diese Region besuchen, um eine Landschaft zu genießen, die seit Jahrhunderten auf wundersame Weise unberührt geblieben ist.

Die Institutionen wollen nicht zugeben, dass dieses Projekt nicht nur aufgrund des hohen Risikos einer Zunahme der bereits in der Region vorhandenen Seismizität gefährlich ist, sondern auch Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt, die Lärmbelastung und die Landschaft hat. Dieses Projekt würde faktisch das Ende der touristischen, künstlerischen und kulturellen Entwicklung bedeuten, die Montecastelli in den letzten Jahrzehnten erlebt hat und die von den Einwohnern und Menschen aus aller Welt geschätzt wird.

Auf rechtlichem Wege wollen wir die Risiken aufzeigen, denen das Recht auf Sicherheit und die Verteidigung der bestehenden Interessen der Bürger ausgesetzt sind.

Dazu brauchen wir die Unterstützung aller Freunde von Montecastelli. Wir müssen einen Betrag zusammenbekommen, der uns hilft, den Anwalt zu bezahlen, der uns in diesem Rechtsstreit vertritt. Auch Ihr kleiner Beitrag kann einen großen Unterschied machen.
