Montana's Battle: Keep Her Child Home and Safe!

Hello Beautiful people,

My name is Montana Krill and I need help in raising money for a lawyer to keep my baby girl. I hate to do this or ask this, but I have no other option financially especially with what events occurred.

Backstory:

In 2022, I left an abusive relationship to move back home. For 7 months, my beautiful girl was kept and alienated from me. (There is proof of this). On July 2nd, 2023 after her birthday party when he finally agreed for me to see her; we were assaulted by her biological dad, aunt and uncle. We have had a restraining order ever since and trials have been continued. Somehow the state of Texas granted him custody in May 2023. I do not know why this happened. It makes no sense but now the final Trial is supposed to happen in July of this year and I am being told if I don’t have custody or something in motion he can take her. I have talked to NUMEROUS of lawyers in Louisiana and Texas and they said this case is very complex and it would cost 5,000 and even over. I’m only asking for the 5,000 to be raised because it is the average just to get started upfront.
