I’m getting money for my new house in Pickering we’re planning to move in 2026. We need approximately $900,000.

I moved to a house in Pickering back in January 2020 (we bought the house). Now we’re moving to Markham in October of 2025 (this year), because my mom has cancer or leukemia or whatever, and plenty of conflicts with my family. We rented a house in Markham.
