Hey all!

I'm not sure where to start, but I'm gonna try not to make this too terribly long.

Most of you know my mom. She's the nicest person you've probably ever known.

She's been dealing with a LOT of extra medical issues this year (currently we're waiting on some pathology results hoping they're no cancerous).

With all her medical issues she has been staying with us temporarily so I can take care of her.

Now, someone who shall not be named is trying to have her removed from her home. My mom lives off of social security so basically nothing. The horrid person is claiming my mom has abandoned the property and that her possessions need to be out of the house in about 3 weeks or she forfeits everything. This person knows why my mom has been out of her home but has hired lawyers knowing my mom can't afford one. She hates my mom which is strange because my mom is the reason she hasn't been arrested in the past for theft, among other things.

I'm raising money for a lawyer for my mom so she can keep her home. If I can't raise enough for a lawyer then whatever I do raise will be used to rent a moving van/movers to get her things out of the house and into storage until we can figure out what to do.

Thank you for reading this and any help you can provide. I just want my mom to be able to focus on her health right now and live a happy life since shes gone through more than anyone should. I'm nauseous from the stress of this and I appreciate you all.
