My mother is terminally ill with cancer. Before she lost the ability to speak, she told me one thing: “Please save the house.”
She fell behind on her payments because her illness left her unable to work; her mobility gone, her lungs weakened, and her health declining faster than any of us could keep up with.
This home is all she has, all we have, and it’s at risk of foreclosure on December 5th. If the remaining $23,000 on the mortgage isn’t paid, everything she worked for: every memory, every sacrifice; will be taken.
I’m doing everything in my power to honor her final wish. I’m asking for help because I can’t do it alone.
If you’re able to give anything, even a few dollars, it brings me one step closer to saving her home and giving her the peace she deserves. Thank you for your compassion, your prayers, and your support during the hardest moment of my life.
