STEM Can’t Stop Here

At 9:06 AM today, I was told the $400,000 USDA grant funding our free STEM Lab for Albany’s youth has been terminated. Due to unexpected federal budget cuts, the funding was pulled.

Just weeks before opening. I’m heartbroken. I’ve given this everything—so our kids could have a safe, fun, and educational space this summer. Albany, GA is already an underserved city, with some of the lowest test scores in math and reading across elementary and middle school.

This lab was created to close those gaps. And with faith, community, and support - I STILL BELIEVE Project Ignite STEM lab is happening—please stand with me. Our kids deserve better.
