MM Flowers Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge

As part of the People & Culture agenda here at MM Flowers, we will be partaking in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in May to raise money for MAGPAS Air Ambulance and Prestley Wood Academy.

Prestley Wood Academy:

A new and joyful community Special Area School established to provide unique, contemporary and enjoyable learning experiences for young people aged 4-19 with severe Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), based in Alconbury Weald, Cambridgeshire.

MAGPAS Air Ambulance:

Operating 24/7, the charity answers an average of four calls for help a day, treating around 900 patients in life-threatening emergencies every year.

Magpas Air Ambulance serves the communities of Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and across the East of England and is dispatched by both the East of England and the East Midlands Ambulance Service Trusts—caring for a population of over 10 million.

All money raised in our challenge will be divided 50/50 between Prestley Wood Academy and Magpas Air Ambulance.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736 metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres). Our aim is to complete the challenge in 12 hours or less.
