Please open your hearts and help my family rebuild the home that helped thousands of underprivileged in the community for over 40 years. On October 6th our home was devastated by Hurricane Matthew. The eye of Matthew hit Nassau, Bahamas directly causing massive property and infrastructure damage. Several of my family members who resided in the home have been displaced and are living in temporary housing. By the grace of God they are all safe. The home lost it's roof and sustained major water damage throughout the house. Furniture was ruined, personal possessions and irreplaceable family memories were lost. My family members are working tirelessly to salvage whatever they can, during this difficult time.

This home that was a pillar in the community was built by our father, the late Reverend Dr. H.W. Brown. For over 50 years our parents opened the doors of our home to the community through the "Serving the Whole Man Ministry", a feeding and outreach program for the homeless and impoverished people on the island. My dad who was a pastor and my mom a loving and supporting wife were committed and devoted Christians and truly believed that helping others in the commumity was God’s mission for them. Before Hurricane Matthew hit us and severely damaged our home, my family faithfully continued the tradition of opening our doors to the community. They gathered for prayer service every Thursday to praise God with family, and friends and every month they provided food, clothing and sometimes shelter to those in need.
Now our home is in need of your help to rebuild. Please keep us in your prayers while you give whatever you can to help. All funds raised go directly to rebuilding this home.Thank you for opening your hearts to donate.
