Hi, my name is Ryan and in 2019 I lost my friend Philip Dunne to suicide. In 2020 I decided to cycle from Dublin to Lahinch to raise money so that other young people in his position would have better access to help.

Since then we've raised over 50,000 euro for the charity and helped countless young people access the services they need.

As an independent charity all of the funds are monitored and go directly to the counselling sessions, that's why I've continued to support it every year.

This year is different...

In August we made record time in cycling the length of Ireland and this October we’re going to tackle Dublin City Marathon.
