From Annapolis to Kenya Opportunity for M.E.G.A

Dear Friends and Family,

I am excited to share with you the opportunity that God has given me to represent M.E.G.A on a mission trip to Kenya, through Upendo United Foundation Missions. As God wills, I will be there October 15th -28th serving as M.E.G.A to bring the Arts to Kenya hosting a dramatic performance of The Wiz, with the children and partnering with local pastors and community leaders within the community. There are many expressed needs of this fledgling school and we are raising funds to fortify the existing structures; connect with youth and community services and enhance the living space of the orphanage as we endeavor to show love and support to the children who do not have families.

Allow me to express my heart because I am excited to be a part of this initiative of the Upendo Foundation and realize I will be blessed abundantly in return, but also realize I cannot do this without relying on God’s blessing and wisdom and the support of faithful friends and family who also desire to be a blessing to those who are in need. I truly believe that all good things come from Him; as it is His will, all will be provided.

As I have now expressed my heart to you and my desire to serve in “KENYA” this October, I need your help. Please consider a financial donation to help with the total cost of the trip about $4,000, which I need to raise by October 5th , 2023. I am also seeking prayer partners to pray for; our group, the ministries, safety, the people of Kenya, and the trip as a whole each day throughout the trip. As you can support my participation financially, please know that your donation will be used to serve those who are in need, and you will be added to the list of donors and supporters for the program in Nakura, Kenya.
