7 years ago Emma and Ella were thrust together to run a much needed guide unit in Hebden bridge, Calderdale.

Ella has already done a triathlon and convinced Emma to join her on the next one!

On 16th August in the stunning Lake District they will take on the Bassenthwaite Triathlon (Sprint)

in doing so why not try to raise a little money for the unit they run
