Very recently, our mom, Ann, was diagnosed with lung cancer. As many of you know, she has worked in childcare for many years. She absolutely loves what she does. While she would like to continue working full time, once she begins chemo, she will more than likely need to take quite a bit of time off. She will be starting her chemotherapy, along with radiation, the second week of September. This will be the first of several rounds. We are trying to help her and my dad by giving them a financial cushion so they don’t have to stress about the bills with their lack of income. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated.
